Job summary

Crowder Constructors Inc is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead electrical construction projects in the water treatment and wastewater sectors. The role requires self-performing electrical projects with a minimum of seven years of experience and a track record managing projects around $3 million in value.

You will oversee project objectives, schedules, budgets, procurement, and coordination with clients, subs, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 4 year engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in construction, design, finance and management of water/wastewater electrical projects.
• Experience managing $3 million contracts.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management direction to multiple projects.
• Plan, organize, and staff key field positions.
• Create and manage the project schedule.
• Manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontracting activities.
