Job summary

Crowder Constructors Inc in Charlotte, NC seeks an Assistant Project Manager for our Civil & Environmental Division. You will support multiple projects, help establish objectives, and monitor construction and financial activities in coordination with the Project Manager.

The ideal candidate has a four-year engineering degree (or equivalent), at least five years of construction experience, and proficiency with Primavera P6 to manage schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 4 year engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of construction, design, finance and management experience.
• Must be able to manage $5 million contract value and coordinate with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage the project schedule.
• Develop project budgets upon award and monitor expenses.
• Assist with billing, change orders, and submittals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and inspect work for compliance.
• Forecast and track project costs and progress.
