Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Minimum of five years of construction management experience.
• Experience in water/wastewater project environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide management assistance to multiple projects and monitor construction activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Prepare submittals, change orders, and cost analyses; manage vendor and subcontractor invoices.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure scope, time, and quality.
• Maintain project files, drawings, and production records; ensure safety compliance.
