The role requires a 4-year engineering degree with 10+ years of construction leadership experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Primavera and MS Office. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 4 year engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of construction, design, finance and management experience.
• Excellent leadership and management abilities.
• Proficient in Primavera, MS Office and financial software.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive safety leadership and ensure compliance with Crowder safety regulations.
• Plan, organize and staff key field positions and develop project budgets.
• Manage procurement, labor, equipment, materials and subcontracts.
• Develop and review prime contracts, change orders and CPM schedules.
• Lead planning meetings and coordinate with owners, subcontractors and engineers.
