Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Project Manager to drive successful execution of electrical distribution projects in Orlando, FL. You’ll own project communications, coordinate with sales and vendors, and manage orders, shipments, and billing to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will partner with leadership to price appropriately, handle backorders, and maintain clear documentation while delivering strong results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• 1+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred.
• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of low profile/complex projects.
• Communicate with customers and expedite OS&Ds and resolve issues promptly.
• Review Purchase Orders to understand requirements and ensure terms are correct.
• Coordinate with sales and vendors to secure margin opportunities.
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and satisfaction.
• Manage delivery schedules, product quality, and back charges.
• Provide timely price quotations, requotes, or proposals with leadership.
• Identify pricing advantages and substitutions to improve project profitability.
