Qualifications

• 3+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred.
• High School or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage moderate profile/complex projects requiring strong product knowledge.
• Communicate with customers, address OS&D issues, and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Review Purchase Orders to ensure requirements and terms are correct.
• Collaborate with sales and vendors to optimize margin where possible.
• Coordinate pricing, orders, claims, and back charges with project team.
• Expedite backorders and manage delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
