Job summary

Rexel USA in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Project Manager I/II to manage project orders, shipments, and billing. You will own customer relationships, work with sales and vendors, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include handling low-profile to complex projects, expediting orders, reading POs, coordinating pricing with sales and vendors, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely quotes. 1+ year experience required, high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of low profile/complex projects.
• Communicate to the customer, expedite OS&Ds and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Read through all Purchase Orders to understand requirements and ensure terms are correct.
• Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, order placement, claims and returns.
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the delivery schedule, product quality, information updates and back charges.
• Receive day to day requests from the project and large Quotations from the Quotation team.
• Provide timely price quotations, requotes, and/or proposals.
• Determine vendors and purchase requirements for pricing advantages and profitability.
