Rexel USA in Anaheim, CA seeks a Customer Support Specialist to manage moderate complex projects, place orders, track shipments, and bill customers accurately.

You will maintain clear communication with customers, sales, and vendors, seeking margin opportunities and ensuring terms are met. The role emphasizes timely responses, order accuracy, and proactive problem-solving within a fast-paced electrical distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of moderate projects requiring product knowledge.
• Communicate with the customer, expedite OS&Ds and resolve issues promptly.
• Review Purchase Orders to understand requirements and ensure terms are correct.
• Collaborate with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales on pricing, orders, claims and returns to meet expectations.
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction.
• Manage delivery schedule, product quality, information updates, and back charges.
• Handle day-to-day requests and large quotations from the team.
• Provide timely price quotations, requotes, and proposals.
• Identify vendors and purchasing opportunities for pricing advantages and substitutions to improve profitability.
• Coordinate with project team for documentation like O&M manuals, Test Reports, submittals, Certificates of Compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned
