Mark III Construction, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects in Sparks, NV, from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while supervising assistant PMs, project engineers, and staff.

The role requires a proactive leader with strong financial acumen and the ability to coordinate with Superintendents and field crews to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical construction management experience.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating with field personnel.
• Experience on commercial, industrial, healthcare, or mission-critical electrical projects.
• Working knowledge of project financial management including forecasting and budgeting.
• Ability to manage one or more projects simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and develop project execution plans.
• Coordinate mobilization, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet milestones.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.
• Manage closeout, punch list, commissioning, O&M, and final billing.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact for project-level communications.
