Job summary

Mark III Construction is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager in Sacramento to lead one or more large electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will mentor project teams, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires at least 10 years in electrical construction management and 3–5 years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction management experience.
• 3–5 years leading project teams and personnel.
• Proven success managing large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare, or design-build electrical projects.
• Strong financial management including forecasting, budgeting, and profit and loss accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own project execution for one or more large/complex electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout, maintaining margin and schedule.
• Lead project planning, kickoff meetings, and execution strategy for assigned projects.
• Oversee project mobilization, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular project reviews evaluating safety, quality, schedule, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure timely project closeout, turnover documentation, and post-project evaluations.
• Champion the use of prefabrication, VDC, Lean construction principles, and emerging technologies on assigned projects.
