Job description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare, higher education, major commercial, government, and high-rise projects, who can drive results in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Oversee projects across healthcare facilities, universities, government buildings, high-rise, and large commercial developments
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and compliance
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and OSHA safety standards
• Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience
• Proven experience with healthcare, higher education, government, high-rise, or large commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction workflows
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• PMP certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• Design-build project experience
• Salary: $90K–$110K (based on experience)
