Faith Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical/automation/MES construction projects, ensuring safety, profitability, and quality. You will manage staff, pursue new business, and maintain key client relationships in a dynamic growth-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5 years in electrical work, and 1 year in electrical estimating, with travel required (15–20%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 5 years experience in the electrical field and 1 year of electrical estimating experience.
• Travel: 15-20%.
• Work hours: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday; may require time on any day to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects.
• Ensures projects are completed safely, profitable, timely, and high quality per customer expectations.
• Identifies and generates new business.
• Networks, establishes, and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Coordinates with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• Attends meetings (ORMs, Staffing, Jobsite, Project Manager, Financial).
• Conducts performance reviews and coaches staff for growth.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields
