Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks an Associate Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects, generate new business, and manage staff.

The role involves coordinating with purchasing, vendors, and customers to ensure profitable, timely project execution while upholding the company culture and standards. The ideal candidate will have a construction/engineering background, electrical estimating experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 1 year of electrical estimating experience or 5 years in the electrical trade with 1 year estimating
• Travel 15-20%
• Work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday; may require other times to meet business needs

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical construction projects
• Ensures projects are profitable and completed on time
• Identifies and generates new business
• Networks and maintains customer relationships
• Coordinates with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination
• Attends weekly and monthly meetings
• Conducts employee performance reviews and merit-based pay increases
• Partners with Human Resources on recruiting and employee relations
• Visits jobsites to monitor progress and support safety and quality
