Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical and mission-critical construction projects. You will plan, organize, and staff projects, ensuring safety, profitability, and schedules are met.

You will coordinate meetings with stakeholders, manage field operations, and maintain client relationships while reporting to the Operations Manager. A Bachelor’s in Construction Management is preferred, with about 5 years of project management experience in the electrical field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission-critical construction projects to be completed safely, profitably, and on schedule.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities, network, and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee on-site supervision of crews and subcontractors.
• Review project documents, plans and specs, and direct construction activities to meet cost, time, and quality goals.
• Visit jobsites to ensure progress and promote safe behavior.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success.
