Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience, electrical systems focus, data center or mission critical work, >$50M projects.
• PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software and electrical design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee electrical systems integration per specifications and safety standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, drive cost savings.
• Supervise project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and subs.
• Maintain regular client and stakeholder communications on status and risks.
• Enforce quality control to meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to protect timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
