Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission-critical construction projects, ensuring safety, profitability, and timeliness.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects with on-site supervision of crews.
• Review project documents, plans, specs, direct construction activities, resolve issues, coordinate closings.
• Visit jobsites to interact with crews and clients and promote safe behavior.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to meet project cost, time, and quality standards.
