Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in construction.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under senior PM direction.
• Supervise project activities and coordinate tasks for PM team.
• Prepare complete project estimates by reviewing plans and specs.
• Manage change orders and negotiate terms with clients.
• Monitor site work to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances.
