Qualifications

• 1+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of low profile/complex projects.
• Communicate to the customer, expedite OS&D and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Read through Purchase Orders to understand requirements and confirm terms.
• Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, order placement, claims and returns to meet expectations.
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and satisfaction.
• Manage delivery schedule, product quality, information updates and back charges.
• Receive day-to-day requests and large quotations from the team.
• Provide timely price quotations, requotes, and/or proposals with leadership support.
• Determine vendors and purchasing requirements seeking pricing advantages and substitutions to improve profitability.
