Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Round Rock, TX. You will own the customer relationship, manage project orders, track shipments, and ensure accurate billing while coordinating with sales and vendors to maximize profitability.

You will work with leadership to determine vendors and purchase requirements, provide timely quotations, and manage documentation such as O&M manuals and test reports to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of low profile/complex projects.
• Communicate to the customer, expedite OS&Ds and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Read through all Purchase Orders to get an understanding of requirements and ensure terms and conditions are correct.
• Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, order placement, and account management to meet customer expectations.
