Job summary

Rexel USA in Mansfield, MA seeks a Project Manager to handle project orders, track shipments, and bill customers accurately. You will maintain clear communication with customers, Sales, and vendors, and drive project profitability through effective pricing and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of low profile/complex projects
• Communicate to the customer, expedite OS&Ds and resolve customer issues promptly
• Read through all Purchase Orders to understand requirements and ensure terms and conditions are correct
• Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, order placement, claims and returned goods
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction
• Manage the delivery schedule, product quality, information updates and back charge
• Provide timely price quotations, requotes, and/or proposals with leadership
• Determine vendors and purchase requirements for pricing advantages and substitutions to improve profitability
