ABOUT THE JOB

Fiske Electric offers a unique opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager to engage in agricultural and general construction projects. The Project Manager oversees projects from bidding to completion, coordinating people and processes to ensure timely delivery aligned with customer and company expectations. You will be the key person for project organization and timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Electrical Journeyman license in Colorado
• Experience as a Foreman managing projects in the field
• At least 1 year of project management experience
• Manage profitability of multiple projects
• Ensure accurate job costing and manage budgets
• Handle billing processes efficiently
• Assess employee skills for crew dispatching
• Receive and stage materials in advance
• Excellent communication skills with customers and crews
• Ability to create schedules and Gantt charts
• Proficiency with construction management software
• Enforce safety standards on all jobs

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary: $37-$43/hour
