Duties, Responsibilities & Other

KCI seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to serve as a Project Manager in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing technical aspects, guiding design teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. PE licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7-12 years of professional experience.
• Professional certification preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks required.

Performance Expectations

• Complete training, mentor staff, develop client relationships, and ensure project safety and performance.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, and oversee staff utilization and project reporting.
• Conduct site visits, develop preliminary designs, and interpret technical documents.
