The role requires 8+ years in electrical construction management, with data center or mission-critical project experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction management experience.
• Experience managing electrical construction projects exceeding $20M.
• Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, or EPC construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and project controls.
• Experience with forecasting, subcontractor management, and project execution.
• Proven leadership, client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Electrical Project / Construction Manager ready to lead a large-scale Data Center project from startup through commissioning?

We're hiring an experienced leader to oversee all phases of electrical construction on a high-profile mission-critical Data Center in West Texas. This is an opportunity to manage a complex, multi-million-dollar project while working alongside experienced construction professionals on one of the industry's fastest-growing markets.

What You Will Do

• Lead overall project execution from startup through turnover
• Manage project schedules, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and subcontractors
