Qualifications

• At least 10 years of construction project management experience.

• Strong knowledge of electrical construction, building systems and site operations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Manage bidding, preconstruction, scope development, procurement and subcontractor selection.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics.
• Direct field leadership teams and subcontractors to maintain project performance.
• Review drawings and specifications and resolve issues early.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, contract modifications, and documentation.
• Monitor costs, progress, productivity, and project margins.
• Ensure safety, permits, regulations and quality standards are met.
• Maintain relationships with clients, inspectors, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Prepare progress reports, forecasts and project updates.

Site Requirements

This position requires the ability to work across active construction sites in varying weather conditions, climb ladders and stairs, read and interpret construction drawings, and safely lift or handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
