LVI Associates seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale Data Center and Mission Critical projects in the United States. The role emphasizes delivering complex electrical construction programs while managing executive client relationships from preconstruction through closeout.

The successful candidate will oversee project delivery, maintain strong client relations, and guide project teams across multiple sites, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of Electrical Project Management experience on Data Center, Mission Critical, IT, or Telecommunications projects.
• Strong understanding of Data Center electrical distribution systems, structured cabling, and white space fit-outs.
• Experience with retrofit, expansion, and upgrade projects in operational facilities.
• Excellent scheduling, organizational, and leadership abilities.

An established electrical construction contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale Data Center and Mission Critical projects. This is an opportunity to oversee complex electrical construction programs, manage executive-level client relationships, and drive successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company, client, and project-specific policies and procedures
• Champion jobsite safety and maintain adherence to all company and industry safety standards
• Review estimates, project proposals, and contract documentation
• Establish and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and resource allocation plans
• Lead project execution to ensure successful delivery against design, budget, and schedule objectives
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to align expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate activities of project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Manage procurement efforts to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Oversee project billing, cash flow, forecasting, and financial performance
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, field leadership, and project stakeholders
• Assist leadership with workforce planning and future labor/material forecasting
• Provide regular performance updates and project reporting to executive leadership
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and execution strategies
• Manage change orders, RFPs, RFIs, and project documentation
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and junior staff
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth

• Required

• 5+ years of Electrical Project Management experience supporting large-scale Data Center, Mission Critical, IT, or Telecommunications infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of Data Center electrical distribution systems, structured cabling, and white space fit-outs
• Experience supporting retrofit, expansion, and upgrade projects within operational facilities
• Experience working across critical facility systems and complex construction environments
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software platforms quickly
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Excellent scheduling, organizational, and leadership abilities
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities
