Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks an Electrical Project Engineering Manager to lead electrical engineering execution for utility-scale PV and BESS EPC projects. The role can be based in Scottsdale, AZ, or Bedminster, NJ, and requires coordinating stakeholders, schedules, and deliverables across the full EPC lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering.
• Experience managing engineering deliverables, schedules, documentation, workflows, or cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with scheduling, document management, Procore or similar systems, and engineering workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering execution for utility-scale PV and BESS EPC projects.
• Coordinate electrical design activities with Civil, Structural, SCADA, Procurement, Construction, and customers.
• Monitor engineering progress and identify risks related to schedule, quality, cost, permitting, procurement, and commissioning.
• Serve as primary engineering interface for customers, owner's engineers, consultants, utilities, authorities having jurisdiction, vendors, subcontractors, and project delivery teams.
• Lead engineering-focused meetings, issue-resolution discussions, project reviews, and interdisciplinary coordination efforts.
• Drive timely resolution of RFIs, field issues, engineering changes, and interdisciplinary conflicts.
