Job summary

Cornerstone Recruiting represents a professional mechanical and electrical engineering consulting firm seeking an Electrical Engineer/PM in a hybrid Tulsa, OK setting. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical engineering activities across projects, develop designs, and coordinate with mechanical engineers.

This role emphasizes design review, project coordination, QA, and mentoring junior staff, with opportunities to influence building systems from concept through construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 4–10 years of relevant engineering experience depending on education.
• Experience with electrical building systems design for commercial/industrial facilities.
• Familiarity with CAD/BIM tools such as Revit or AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate electrical engineering activities across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and review electrical system designs, calculations, plans, and construction documents.
• Support design of building electrical systems including power distribution and lighting.
• Review designs for compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Coordinate design schedules and manage project delivery challenges.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure coordinated building systems.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and deliverables; assist with cost estimates.
