Confidential Recruiting Partners is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager (PE) to lead electrical design and delivery for a range of commercial and institutional projects. The role blends technical engineering with project leadership, overseeing execution, budgets, schedules, and client relations.

The candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure code compliance, and drive successful project outcomes with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Qualificações

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.
• Minimum of 6 years of engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of applicable electrical codes and standards.
• Experience with electrical design for commercial or institutional building projects.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Apply local, state, and national electrical codes and standards.
• Review engineering designs for accuracy, quality, and code compliance.
• Evaluate design alternatives and develop practical engineering solutions.
• Conduct field observations and support construction administration activities.
• Develop electrical construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and related engineering software throughout project delivery.
• Perform electrical engineering analysis, calculations, and system design for building projects.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to project team members.
• Support quality assurance and quality control efforts throughout project lifecycles.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Coordinate electrical design efforts with mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Assist with project budgeting and fee estimates.
• Support business development initiatives and project pursuits as needed.
• Participate in proposal preparation, project planning, and scope development.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and successful project delivery.
