Job summary

IMEG is hiring an Electrical Project Engineer in Boston, MA. You will lead design efforts as a project manager or lead engineer for electrical systems in buildings, coordinating with clients and a multidisciplinary team to meet project goals.

The role emphasizes analysis, design, and oversight, with a focus on energy-efficient, code-compliant solutions and collaboration across disciplines. Hybrid schedule and ESOP ownership are offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering is required.
• PE license is required.
• Minimum 2 years in building design consulting; 4+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for electrical systems and develop detailed designs and calculations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and manage project requirements.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Provide in-process design reviews and ensure quality standards.
