Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• 2 years minimum experience; 4 years preferred in building design consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for electrical systems and develop detailed designs, specs, and calculations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and build relationships.
• Support project execution with planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Document design decisions and monitor progress and fees.
• Analyze problems and develop practical solutions with senior staff.
• Perform design reviews and ensure quality standards.
• Stay current with trends and contribute to innovation.
• Prioritize safety and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor less experienced staff and train teammates.
