Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks an organized Electrical Project Coordinator to act as the hub between Project Managers, field foremen, vendors, and clients. You will handle project documentation, track materials, process change orders, and help keep schedules and budgets on track.

The role requires 2–4 years in construction coordination, proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam/PlanGrid, and strong reading of blueprints. Travel to local sites may be needed; background and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in construction project coordination or related roles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Pass a background check and drug screen; some local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Document control: manage and distribute all project docs (blueprints, RFIs, submittals).
• Procurement tracking: coordinate material orders and verify deliveries against PO/requirements.
• Change order management: assist in gathering pricing and drafting change orders.
• Schedule coordination: monitor timelines; schedule manpower, equipment, and inspections.
• Closeout documentation: assemble O&M manuals, as-builts, and warranty info.
• Cross-team communication: liaise between office and field teams.
