Harlan Electric Company is seeking a Project Coordinator to support construction management activities in the electrical sector. You will interface with senior project professionals and help manage administrative tasks, document control, and field coordination.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel; familiarity with SAP and Maximo for inventory movements is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administrative support experience in the construction industry.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile timesheets to work orders and logs.
• Print test results.
• Billing preparation.
• Enter POs in the system.
• Assist project professionals in administrative areas.
• Generate job numbers and set up job information.
• Generate submittals and final close-out packages.
• Complete applicable surveys.
• Provide switchboard backup.
• Address union/apprenticeship needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Role performed in a Company-designated office or field location.
• Adhere to the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and maintain attendance.
