Job summary

MYR Group Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator to support construction management in the electrical sector. You will interface with senior project professionals, manage timesheets, POs, and submittals, and assist with yard inventory using SAP and Maximo.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required. Minimum 1–3 years in construction admin with an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative support experience in the construction industry.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience interfacing with senior project personnel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile timesheets to work orders and logs.
• Print test results and prepare billing.
• Enter POs and assist project professionals in admin tasks.
• Generate submittals and close-out packages.
• Support SAP and Maximo inventory movements.
• Maintain accurate job information and reports.
