Job summary

MYR Group Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support construction management in the electrical industry, interfacing with senior project professionals and ensuring smooth project administration in the field or office.

You will perform timesheet reconciliation, billing support, PO entry, generation of submittals and closeout packages, and help with various administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and proactive communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative support experience in the construction industry.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel and project-related software.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of timesheets to work orders and work orders to logs.
• Print test results and assist with billing preparation.
• Enter purchase orders (POs) into the system.
• Assist project professionals in various administrative areas.
• Generate job numbers and set up job information.
• Create submittals and final close-out packages.
