Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician’s license is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy with project management and estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with preconstruction teams on estimating, cost control and scheduling.
• Reviews scopes of work and ensures alignment with drawings and specs.
• Prepares and reviews submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Tracks pay applications, change orders and other financial docs.
• Participates in subcontractor bidding, evaluations and award recommendations.
• Assists in contract administration and monitors deliverables.
• Oversees time tracking and reporting with field staff.
• Coordinates with owners, architects, engineers and subs for timely decisions.
• Documents meetings, reports and project communications.
• Manages vendor contacts, material specs and regulatory requirements.
