Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred; HS diploma required.
• 2+ years of electrical or general construction coordination/management experience.
• Electrical estimating experience is a plus.
• Journeyman Electrician license is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy with project management and estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, financial tracking, subcontractor management, and QC.
• Support estimating, cost control, and scheduling with preconstruction teams.
• Review scopes of work and ensure alignment with drawings and specs.
• Prepare submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze pay applications, change orders, and other financial docs.
• Coordinate subcontractor bidding and proposal preparation.
• Assist with contract administration and deliverable monitoring.
• Coordinate material procurement and delivery for field teams.
