Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to provide general management for electrical construction projects under the guidance of the Project or Group Manager. The ideal candidate will be proficient with PC software and Microsoft Office, with preferred knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD, and a solid understanding of electrical components and applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering.
1–2 years of experience in electrical construction, project management, or related field; supervisory experience desirable.
Travel 15–20%.
Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD preferred.
Knowledge of electrical components and applications.

Responsibilities

Contacts vendors to obtain materials for construction projects.
Participates in performance evaluation processes and conduct reviews with Project Manager to establish wage increases.
Plans, organises, and staffs electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects.
Attends weekly and monthly meetings (e.g., Staffing, PM, Sales).
Processes miscellaneous paperwork and reviews estimates with Estimating Department.
Visits job sites to ensure progress and promote safety.
