Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead electrical and/or specialty systems construction projects. The role involves generating business, overseeing staff, and ensuring profitability and timely delivery while meeting customer expectations.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent training, plus electrical estimating experience. Travel 15–20% and a standard 7:00–5:00 schedule are expected.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical training.
  • Experience: 1 year of electrical estimating experience
  • Or: 5 years of experience in the electrical trade and one year of electrical estimating experience
  • Travel: 15-20%

Responsibilities

  • Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical construction projects. Ensures profitability, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifies and generates new business; networks and maintains customer relationships.
  • Promotes a positive Company Culture through constructive employee relations.
  • Works with Purchasing to ensure material coordination.
  • Attends weekly and monthly meetings (Staffing, PM, Sales).
  • Conducts performance reviews and manages wage increases; maintains employee relations.
  • Partners with HR to optimize recruiting and related topics for direct reports.
  • Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating to ensure accuracy.
  • Visits jobsites to monitor progress and ensure safety.
