Qualifications

• Education or equivalent experience: Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering fields or 5 years electrical field plus 1 year estimating.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and staff electrical/automation projects safely and profitably.
• Experience networking and maintaining customer relationships; travel 15–20%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical/automation/MES construction projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, profitability, and timely delivery per customer expectations.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• Lead meetings and conduct bi-annual performance reviews; support HR in recruiting and employee development.
• Review outgoing estimates with Estimating Department for accuracy.
• Visit jobsites and coordinate with crew, foremen, and general contractors to support progress.
