Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in electrical field and 1 year electrical estimating experience.
• Travel up to 15-20%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical/automation/MES construction projects to deliver safe, profitable, timely, high-quality results.
• Identify and generate new business; network and maintain customer relationships.
• Promote a positive company culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Work with Purchasing Department and vendors to ensure effective material coordination.
• Attend daily, weekly and monthly project meetings and related reviews.
• Conduct semi-annual performance reviews and coach staff on growth opportunities.
• Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, employee relations, and related topics for direct reports.
• Review outgoing estimates with Estimating Department to ensure accuracy.
• Visit jobsites to coordinate with crew, customers, foremen and general contractors for progress and safety.
