Job summary

DWS Energy seeks an Electrical Project Coordinator to support multiple construction projects in Dallas, TX. You will manage timelines, schedules, contract admin, and invoicing while coordinating with Operations Managers on daily site needs.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities. Applicants should be able to walk job sites, lift light loads, and contribute to ongoing safety and cost-tracking efforts.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and document work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Operations Managers to review current issues and project needs.
• Create and maintain Start Up worksheet for each new project and monitor progress.
• Create and maintain project files, submittal sets, drawing sets, and project information sheets.
• Create and maintain a Photo Log of job progress.
• Create and maintain a workload task list for all items requested by others and maintain project whiteboard by Task and Workers.
• Provide correspondence assistance for Operations Managers as required to assist in project completion.
• Document Change Order requests as directed by Operations Manager.
• Create and manage the Close-Out process for all assigned projects.
• Assist in reviewing invoices and job costs tracking.
• Maintain jobsite safety records and logs.
• Assist Estimating in developing project cost estimates for Change Orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
