DWS Energy seeks a Safety Coordinator to lead safety initiatives across electrical construction projects in Dallas. You will implement safety programs, train workers, and monitor compliance at field sites and the UL-certified panel shop.

The role supports electricians, controls technicians, project managers, and office staff to minimize injuries and ensure regulatory adherence, with opportunities for professional growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Occupational Safety or related field.
• 2+ years of safety experience in electrical construction or industrial settings.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction completed.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E electrical safety.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and industry safety standards.
• Conduct field inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Lead JHAs/AHAs and PPE verification for job sites.
• Investigate incidents and track corrective actions.
