Job summary

ISC Constructors, L.L.C. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project controls and administrative processes on electrical and instrumentation projects.

The role emphasizes documentation, vendor coordination, and collaboration with the project team to ensure on-time delivery and accurate reporting. A construction management or technical degree is preferred, with 2–3 years in project controls and related fields.

Qualifications

• Construction management or related technical degree required.
• 6–12 months field experience in industrial electrical/instrumentation preferred.
• 2–3 years of electrical/instrumentation project controls experience preferred.
• Ability to pass post-offer drug/alcohol and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Confer with Project Controls Manager to establish documentation tracking and reporting.
• Maintain file systems and document controls distribution per requirements.
• Assist with vendor requisitions for materials per bid documents.
• Estimate labor, price materials, and prepare change orders with project team.
• Support cost controls, invoicing, and contractual procedures as required.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for material release schedules.
• Assist payroll data entry and other office administration tasks.
• Maintain tool/equipment inventory and requisitioning as needed.
