Job summary

Pieper Electric in Minnesota seeks a Project Coordinator to act as a central point of communication between project managers, field technicians, and superintendents, ensuring electrical construction projects run efficiently and safely.

You will support plans review, permits, scheduling, billing, and vendor relations while maintaining documentation and cost control. A Bachelor's in CM/Engineering and strong MS Office skills are required; experience in contracting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Sciences, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Building Science, etc.).
• Prior experience in contracting, engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permits, inspections, digger's hotline tickets, and other site-related needs.
• Track job activity including materials, resources, equipment, and timelines.
• Compile information for material purchases, submittals, and operation & maintenance manuals as requested.
• Assist with close out documents and presentations.
• Support estimating tasks such as takeoffs and bid package preparation.
