Job summary

PPC Partners Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Project Coordinator to serve as the central communication point among Project Managers, Field Technicians, and Superintendents.

The role ensures all phases of electrical construction projects are executed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company standards. Responsibilities include coordinating permits and site needs, tracking activity and materials, assisting with submittals and manuals, and supporting estimating and close-out tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Prior experience in contracting, engineering, or construction management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate printing plans, specifications, and addenda for estimating and active jobs.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and site-related needs (digger's hotline, etc.).
• Track job activity including materials, resources, equipment and timelines.
• Prepare material purchases data, submittals, and operation manuals for PMs.
• Assist with close out documents, presentations, and billing processes.
• Support estimating tasks such as takeoffs and bid package preparation.
