Job summary

G3 Electrical in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Electrical Project Assistant to provide administrative and project coordination support to Project Managers and engineers. You will help organize documentation, track schedules, and communicate with vendors and clients to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and eager to learn about electrical construction.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma; associate degree or coursework in construction management, business, or related field preferred.
• Interest in electrical/construction industry.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and organizing project documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders).
• Track project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate procurement and deliveries of materials.
• Maintain and update project files, plans, and records.
• Attend project meetings and take notes.
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to relay information.
• Route calls and emails related to projects.
