Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an Electrical Program Coordinator to coordinate and support electrical programs across the Mountain View account. The role requires organizing maintenance, repairs, and upgrades while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure compliant, safe operations.

You will track documentation, assist in preventive maintenance scheduling, and support safety inspections.

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications or experience in electrical systems are preferred.
• Proven experience in coordinating electrical programs or a similar role within facilities management or electrical systems.
• Technical knowledge of electrical systems, including infrastructure, equipment, and controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support electrical programs on the account, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their electrical program needs, goals, and objectives.
• Assist in developing and implementing electrical maintenance and safety programs, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for electrical maintenance, repairs, and project execution.
• Track and maintain electrical documentation, including drawings, manuals, and maintenance schedules.
