Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an Energy Program Lead to drive energy efficiency programs across a major technology client’s environment. This on-site Mountain View role focuses on identifying savings opportunities, implementing projects, and reporting energy performance to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will guide design, commissioning, and operations with a focus on decarbonization, utility programs, and innovative energy strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of energy efficiency engineering experience.
• Experience with energy audits, energy data analysis, and energy efficiency projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for high performance building design, commissioning, and operations.
• Develop programs to aid energy reduction goals and decarbonization.
• Conduct ASHRAE Level 1 and 2 on-site audits; coordinate IPMVP/M&V protocols.
