We are seeking new graduates to join the two-year rotational **Operations Leadership Development Program** with our Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products division. The start date is early January 2027. This program will require you to relocate for four, six-month rotations. Potential rotation locations include **Grand Prairie, TX**; **Fort Worth, TX**; **Broken Arrow, OK**; **Pendergrass, GA**; **Roebuck, SC**; **Hingham, MA**; and **Pomona, CA** .
This program offers new grads the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of manufacturing while exploring different career paths and discovering their professional north star. Participants build technical and professional skills through meaningful assignments, mentorship, networking, and development opportunities designed to accelerate their manufacturing careers and prepare them for a fulfilling and dynamic future at one of our Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products plants.
