Job summary

Siemens is seeking undergraduates for a 12-week Operations Leadership Development Program Internship in Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products. You will own hands-on projects across manufacturing operations, planning, quality, and procurement, applying LEAN, Six Sigma, and Kanban to deliver improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in training, mentorship, and networking to build skills for a future rotational program.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the listed engineering or supply chain fields.
Must be enrolled as a student during the internship period.
Available to work full-time during standard business hours (40 hours/week).
Interest in a full-time two-year rotational Operations Leadership Development Program after graduation.

Responsibilities

Own hands-on projects in manufacturing operations, production planning, quality assurance, procurement, or project management.
Use LEAN, Six Sigma, and Kanban to analyze processes and implement improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capacity, material planning, and logistics.
Participate in trainings, mentorship, and networking activities for development.
